Percify pricing: plans, credit packs and billing

Percify plans cost $7,$26, $65 or$128 a month, or $67 to$1,229 a year. See credits per plan, credit packs, currencies and payment methods.

Percify has four paid plans: Starter at $7 a month, Creator at$26, Scale at $65 and Ultra at$128. Paying yearly costs about 20% less. Each plan adds a set number of credits, and you can also buy one-off credit packs from $5.

How much does each Percify plan cost?

Credits are added to your balance when a plan payment goes through. What the credits buy is on How Percify credits work.

Creating an account costs nothing. Generating uses credits, which come from a plan or a credit pack. percify.io/pricing lists the current plans. Your credit balance shows in your profile under Plan & Billing.

API keys can only be created on Scale and Ultra.

Monthly or yearly?

Yearly billing charges once a year and costs about 20% less than 12 monthly payments. For example, Creator is $249 a year instead of$312.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. See Cancel or change your plan.

Can I buy credits without a subscription?

Yes. Credit packs are one-time payments, and you don’t need a subscription to buy one.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Prices are set in US dollars.

• Eurozone: checkout charges a fixed euro price. Monthly plans are €6.02 for Starter, €22.38 for Creator, €55.94 for Scale and €110.16 for Ultra. Yearly plans are €57.66, €214.30, €537.03 and €1,057.71.
• Other countries: Stripe may show the price converted to your local currency at checkout. The amount you confirm in checkout is what you pay.

Which payment methods does Percify accept?

Payments are processed by Stripe. Checkout always accepts cards. Depending on your country, your currency and whether you’re buying a subscription or a credit pack, Stripe can also offer:

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and PayPal
• Klarna
• Local methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, Pix, MB WAY, Multibanco, TWINT and WeChat Pay

Stripe decides which methods appear for you.

Where do I find receipts and invoices?

• After you subscribe, Percify emails you a Payment confirmed message.
• Past invoices are in the Stripe billing portal. On a computer, open your profile, go to Plan & Billing and click Manage billing. On a phone, open My Profile, go to Subscription and tap Manage.
• In the billing portal you can also update your card and your billing name, email and address.

What happens if a payment fails?

Percify emails you with the subject Action required: Payment failed. The Update Payment Method button in that email opens the billing portal, where you can add a new card. You can also go to app.percify.io/billing directly. Percify’s Terms of Service say failed payments may result in service suspension.

FAQ

Can I get a refund?

The Terms of Service say fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. See Refunds and failed generations.

Can prices change?

The Terms of Service say Percify may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Do all plans include commercial use?

Commercial use is covered by the same Terms on every plan. See Can I use Percify videos commercially?.

Which plan do I need for the API?

Scale or Ultra. API keys can’t be created on any other plan.
