Where do credits come from?
Creating an account costs nothing. Generating uses credits, which come from a plan or a credit pack. Plan credits are added to your balance when a plan payment goes through. Yearly prices and all pack sizes are on Plans and pricing.
To see your balance, open your profile and go to Plan & Billing. It’s shown as Available balance.
What does each action cost?
Most costs depend on the model, length and quality you pick. These costs are fixed:
For per-second pricing, the length is measured when you generate and the cost is rounded up to a whole credit. For example, a 10-second talking video on Fast costs 20 credits.
Images, video generations, voice and Playground runs are priced per model. Some models charge a flat amount per run and others charge per second.
How do I see the cost before I generate?
- Playground: the model picker shows each model’s price in credits (cr) or credits per second (cr/s). The settings panel shows what your current settings will cost per run.
- Talking videos: the generate screen shows the credits per second for the quality you picked.
- Brand tools: the scan and refresh buttons show their cost before you start.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The generation doesn’t start and nothing is charged. Percify checks your balance before it takes any credits. The app then shows your Current Balance, the credits Required and the Shortage, with a way to get more credits from a plan or a credit pack. See Not enough credits for more.Do I get credits back if a generation fails?
For most features, yes. When a job fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. See Refunds and failed generations for details and exceptions.Do unused credits roll over?
Percify’s Terms of Service say unused credits don’t roll over unless your plan says otherwise. The Terms also say extra credits can be bought separately, which is what credit packs are for.FAQ
