Percify is an AI video and brand studio. Creating an account costs nothing, and every generation spends credits from one balance that you fill with a plan or a credit pack. Outputs carry no Percify watermark, except videos from **Replicate a short**. For help, email [support@percify.io](mailto:support@percify.io). ## Plans and credits ### Is Percify free? Creating an account costs nothing. Generating uses credits from a plan or a credit pack. Current plans are on [percify.io/pricing](https://percify.io/pricing) and [Plans and pricing](/percify/payments). ### How much do the paid plans cost? Starter is $7 a month, Creator $26, Scale $65 and Ultra $128. They add 425, 1,233, 3,000 and 8,000 credits a month. Paying yearly costs less. Current prices and yearly amounts are on [Plans and pricing](/percify/payments) and [percify.io/pricing](https://percify.io/pricing). ### How do credits work? Every generation costs credits, and the cost depends on the tool, the model and settings like length or resolution. Percify checks your balance before a job starts, so a refused job costs nothing. See [How credits work](/percify/credits). ### Can I buy credits without a subscription? Yes. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription attached. See [Plans and pricing](/percify/payments). ### Do unused credits roll over? Percify's [Terms](https://percify.io/terms) say unused credits don't roll over. See [How credits work](/percify/credits). ### Do I get credits back if a generation fails? For most tools, yes: the credits go back to your balance automatically. See [Refunds and failed generations](/billing/refunds) for the exceptions, and [Generation failed or stuck](/troubleshooting/generation-failed) for fixes. ## Using what you make ### Can I use Percify videos commercially? The rules on ownership and commercial use are on [Can I use Percify videos commercially?](/billing/commercial-use). They apply the same way on every plan. ### Does Percify add a watermark? No. Percify adds no watermark to what you generate, on any plan. The one exception is **Replicate a short**, which puts a small Percify mark in the top-left corner of every replica. See [Commercial use](/billing/commercial-use). ### Which languages does Percify support? It depends on the tool and model. Dubbing lists its target languages on [Dub a video](/create/dubbing). Cloned voices in **Voices** read scripts with English pronunciation, so for another language, record the audio yourself and use [lip-sync](/create/lip-sync). ### Where does Percify run? In your web browser, on a computer or a phone, at [app.percify.io](https://app.percify.io). ## Account and billing ### How do I cancel my subscription? Open your profile, go to **Plan & Billing** and click **Manage billing** to cancel in the Stripe billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Payment refunds are covered on [Refunds and failed generations](/billing/refunds), along with what happens to credits when a job fails. ### My payment was declined. What do I do? Complete your bank's confirmation step if it asks for one, check the card, or try another card or payment method. See [Payment declined](/troubleshooting/payment-declined). ### I can't sign in. What now? Sign in the same way you signed up: with Google or with your email and password. If you opened Percify inside Instagram or Facebook, open it in your normal browser. See [Sign-in problems](/troubleshooting/sign-in-problems). ### How do I delete my account? Email [support@percify.io](mailto:support@percify.io) from the address you sign in with. Cancel any subscription first. See [Delete your account](/account/delete-account). ## API and developers ### Does Percify have an API? Yes. API keys come with the Scale and Ultra plans, and API calls spend credits from the same balance as the app. See the [API introduction](/api-reference/introduction).
